Intuitive Design Coaching provides life coaching services aimed at supporting personal growth, development, and mindset improvement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or any form of mental health care and should not be considered a substitute for such services. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed therapist or healthcare professional.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Be open, honest, and engaged in the coaching process.

• Recognize that coaching outcomes depend on your commitment and effort.

• Understand that any decisions you make following a coaching session are your own and that we are not responsible for any consequences of those decisions.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All coaching services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Our payment policies are as follows:

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal.

• Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss options for rescheduling or further assistance.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality in all coaching sessions. All information shared in coaching sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:

• Legal Obligations: If required by law to prevent harm or report illegal activities.

• Consent: With your explicit written consent to disclose specific information.

All content provided on our website, including text, images, graphics, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Intuitive Design Coaching and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
